Exchange Policy

 At Seamsoft Shapes, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review the terms and conditions below for exchanges.

 Eligible Products
•    The following categories are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery:
o    Bras
o    Loungewear
o    Nightwear
o    Sportswear
o    Athleisure wear
•    For hygiene and safety reasons, Panties, Shapewear bottoms, are non-exchangeable.
 

 General Conditions for Exchanges
•    Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
•    Customers are permitted to try on products to check sizing/fit. However, the product must not show signs of wear or damage.
•    Exchanges initiated after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
•    All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
      Customers may choose to:
•    Exchange the product for the same style in a different size, or
•    Exchange the product for the same style in a different colour.
•    Exchange the product for the different style but same price.
 

 Exchange Procedure
•    To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact us at samyukthagarment@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
•    Once the request is approved, our logistics partner will schedule a pick-up of the item.
•    Upon successful inspection of the returned item, a replacement order will be processed.
 

 Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
•    If the product received is defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
•    To process such claims, customers are required to provide:
o    Photographs of the outer packaging (front and back) with the courier label visible.
o    Clear photographs of all items received.
•    Once verified, the issue will be prioritized and resolved promptly through replacement.
